What happens on a visit
- Surface and baskets
- Skim, then empty the skimmer and pump baskets. Leaves in the basket are the number one cause of a pump running dry.
- Walls, steps, tile line
- Brushed every visit. Algae starts in the corners and on the tile line where the sun hits the water.
- Vacuum
- When there is something on the floor. We don’t charge extra for a windy week.
- Water chemistry
- Free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium, cyanuric acid, phosphates. Balanced on site, chemicals included in the price.
- Equipment
- Pump pressure, filter pressure, heater fire, salt cell if you have one. Small problems caught here are the cheap ones.
- The note
- Readings and anything we noticed, in the app before the truck leaves the driveway.

Standard residential pool up to 20,000 gallons. Larger pools and attached spas are quoted after a first visit. No contract; stop with a week’s notice.
