Texas is hard on pools
A pool that works in Florida does not work here without changes. These are the four that matter and what we do about each.
- The ground moves
- East of MoPac the soil is Blackland clay. It swells in a wet spring and shrinks in a drought, and a shell built for sand will crack. We pull a soil report on every lot and an engineer sets the steel and pier depth for it. That is what the lifetime structural warranty stands on.
- It freezes, and sometimes hard
- February 2021 split pipes across the county. Every equipment pad we build has a freeze guard that runs the pump below 38°F, and we walk you through what to do when the power is out.
- The water hits 90 degrees
- Hot water burns through chlorine in days, not weeks. On weekly service we dose against the water temperature and the phosphate reading, not a fixed schedule, so August looks like April.
- An inch a week goes to the sky
- Summer evaporation here runs about an inch a week. New builds get an autofill, and on every service visit we check the level so the pump never runs dry.

Site visit and a fixed price
We walk the yard, pull a soil report, and give you one number and one calendar. Both go in the contract, and the number does not move unless you change the design.

A design you can stand in
A 3D layout at true scale, then the outline staked in your yard so you can walk the deck before we dig.
- 5 FT
Dig, steel, gunite
Steel schedule and pier depth set by an engineer for your soil. Shell inspected and cured before plumbing and plaster. You get a photo update every stage.
- 8 FT
First swim, then every week after
We fill it, balance it, and walk you through the equipment. If you want us to, the same crew comes back weekly from that day on.
