Most pool companies do one thing. Builders build and leave; service companies show up to pools they had no hand in. When something goes wrong in year three, each one points at the other.
We started doing both in 2012 so there would be nobody to point at. The person who set the steel in your shell is a phone call away when the pump makes a noise. That changes how carefully the shell gets built.
We are a crew of 14 in Austin, 300-some pools in, and we work in the towns listed below because that is as far as we can drive and still show up on the same day every week.

Luis Herrera
Owner, builds
Started shooting gunite for other builders in 2004 and started this company in 2012 because too many of those pools cracked. Still walks every site visit himself.
Tasha Bell
Service manager
Runs the weekly routes and the summer chemistry plan. Certified Pool Operator. If your tech is out sick, she is the one texting you at 7am.
Ray Nguyen
Repairs
Fifteen years on pumps, heaters and leaks. Writes the diagnostic findings so a homeowner can read them.
Carla Ortiz
Office
Answers the phone, sends the contracts, books the site visits. Knows which inspector covers which county.
