Fixed, with a finding you can read
A $95 visit gets you a technician who tests the whole system, a written finding in plain English, and a fixed price for the fix. The $95 comes off the repair.
What usually breaks
- Pump and motor
- Loud, leaking, or won’t prime. Bearings and seals same day; motor swaps within the week.
- Leaks
- Pressure test the lines, dye test the shell. Most leaks here are at the skimmer throat or a return line.
- Heater
- Won’t fire, short cycles, error codes. We service the common brands and carry ignitors and sensors on the truck.
- Plaster and tile
- Cracks, rough spots, popped tile, calcium scale. Replaster on a standard pool takes about two weeks.
- Filter
- High pressure, cloudy water, torn cartridges, sand in the pool. Cleaned, repaired, or replaced.
- Automation and lights
- Dead panels, stuck valves, LED lights out. Rewired, reprogrammed, or replaced.

Credited in full if you go ahead with the repair. Written finding and fixed price either way. Weekly service customers skip this fee.

Older pool, second life
A pool built in the nineties has a shell that is probably fine and everything else that probably isn’t. Replaster, new waterline tile, new coping, a variable-speed pump and a cartridge filter turn a pool you avoid into one you use, for a fraction of a new build.
We quote renovation the same way we quote a build: one site visit, one fixed price, one calendar. A full replaster and equipment swap on a standard pool is about three weeks including start-up chemistry.
